NK99 (nk99.cash) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all NK99 services.

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. NK99 will never ask for your password by phone or SMS. If anyone requests your password, treat it as a fraudulent attempt and report it to NK99 support immediately.

NK99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without stated cause — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations. Whether any remaining balance is refunded will be determined based on the circumstances.

Payment methods currently accepted at NK99:

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment number registered on your account — this is required for security purposes.

The following general rules apply across all matches and markets in NK99's Sports Betting section:

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the in-play cash-out feature is active.
• Each betting market has a set minimum and maximum betting limit. Bets placed outside these limits will not be accepted.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded — unless the match is rescheduled.
• If an odds error is detected — whether caused by a system glitch or human mistake resulting in abnormal odds — NK99 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a bet placed during live betting (in-play) is not confirmed due to a network disruption, it will be considered void.

In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one of the matches is cancelled, that selection is counted as odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs continue as normal. If all matches in the parlay are cancelled, the entire stake is refunded.

All games in NK99's casino section are provided by internationally recognised software providers. Each game's Return-to-Player (RTP) rate is fixed and independently audited by a third party.

• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) — there are no patterns or predetermined results.

• If you are disconnected during a game, the result is recorded in the system and can be viewed after logging back in.

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms.
• System Hacking: Attempting to hack or manipulate NK99's software or game interface.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Underage Use: Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in creating or using an account.
